Who these terms apply to
These Terms apply to visitors, customers, trial users, and any organization or individual accessing KoraHub. If you use the service on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Accounts and access
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. We may require identity or ownership verification before restoring access or acting on account-related requests.
Subscriptions and billing
KoraHub may offer both subscription plans and pay-as-you-go usage. Subscription fees are generally billed in advance, and customers may request a refund by contacting us with the reason for the request. Refund requests are reviewed based on the circumstances and any applicable law. Pay-as-you-go charges for usage that has already been consumed are non-refundable. If you believe a transaction was charged in error, you must submit your refund request within 7 days of that transaction so we can review it promptly.
Acceptable use
- Use the service only for lawful business purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, networks, or data connected to the platform.
- Do not upload, transmit, or generate malicious code, harmful content, spam, or material that is fraudulent, abusive, or illegal.
- Do not interfere with the performance, integrity, or security of the service, including by reverse engineering or automated misuse beyond permitted usage.
Your content and responsibilities
- Provide accurate account and billing information and keep it reasonably up to date.
- Protect login credentials, manage user permissions carefully, and notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized account activity.
- Ensure that you have the rights and permissions needed for any content, data, prompts, or materials you upload or process through KoraHub.
- Review outputs before relying on them for operational, financial, legal, or strategic decisions.
Intellectual property
KoraHub and its related software, branding, designs, and content are owned by KoraHub or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of the service or any underlying technology, except for the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.
Third-party services
The platform may interoperate with third-party tools, model providers, payment processors, or integrations. We are not responsible for third-party products or services, and their use remains subject to their own terms, policies, and security practices.
Service availability and security
We aim to keep KoraHub available, stable, and secure, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted operation or absolute security at all times. Maintenance, internet outages, third-party failures, force majeure events, evolving threats, and other factors may occasionally affect access or performance.
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect the service and customer data. However, to the fullest extent permitted by law, KoraHub is not liable for unauthorized access, data exposure, or other security incidents caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including compromises of your credentials, customer-side misconfiguration, actions of third-party providers, or broader attacks on networks and infrastructure we do not operate.
This limitation does not mean we take security lightly. If we become aware of a material incident within our systems, we will act promptly to investigate, contain, and respond in line with our legal and operational obligations.
Warranties disclaimer
Except as expressly stated in a written agreement, the service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We disclaim implied warranties to the extent permitted by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KoraHub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to the use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially violate these Terms, create legal or security risk, fail to pay fees when due, or use the service in a way that may harm KoraHub, other customers, or the public. You may stop using the service at any time.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or operational needs. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and take any additional steps required by law.
